How were the birds? Should have still been relatively good season for
the migratory birds (which can number in the tens of thousands at
times there). Hope the Blackpoint box was in good shape, I haven't
been back to maintain it since before the area was shutdown for a few
months after Sept 11.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I picked
up the Palmetto Bug Hitchhiker Letterbox on February 24, 2002 in the Black Point
Wildlife Drive letterbox in Florida. I was on vacation, having driven over
1300 miles on my own to get there. I have just now returned home and will
be depositing it in another letterbox close by within the next few weeks.
I must say, this was a nice surprise and I am excited that I'm the first to find
it.
Take care and happy hunting!
